Goal: To strengthen the fight for rights from traditional black communities through their leaders and networks, support with institutional presence and advocacy, communication and legal guidance actions.

Action:
To promote the leading role of women and youngsters, advocating for rights with local, national, regional and international power entities. Actions of visibility to increase the knowledge from civil society about the rights from CNTs. Conduction of workshops, seminars, debates, exchanges, communication articles, public advocacy actions, legal-administrative guidance: All actions developed by the project bring an intersectional perspective on all identities according to the demand from each group (race/ethnicity, gender – including LGBTQIA+, religious and others).

Comércio com Identidade project
Theme pillar: Rights from traditional black communities and overcoming racism
Goal: To enhance and strengthen the production of healthy foods (in natura and processed) and artisanal work from the member quilombola communities, valuing the cultural identity and tradition of combining production and environmental protection in southern Bahia and the state of Rio de Janeiro.

Action:

Project Juventude Quilombola Reafirmando Raízes: Identidade e Justiça Climática
Theme pillar: Rights from traditional black communities and overcoming racism
Goals:
- To encourage quilombola youngsters to work as agents of transformation, multiplying the qualifications and conducting awareness activities in their own communities;
- To promote popular education as a tool for fight, through qualifications focused on the fight against environmental and climate racism, gender justice, and construction of strategies for autonomy and historical reparation of communities.
- To qualify youngsters, especially young women, to become leaders in their communities, with focus on historical reparation and gender justice;
- To move and qualify quilombola youths as agents of social transformation, fostering community leaderships that work for the preservation of territory, for environmental and climate justice, and for strengthening the quilombola identity.
- To create spaces of dialogue about the impacts of environmental and climate racism in the communities, highlighting the intersection between the fight for rights and quilombola territories, and the preservation of the environment, with focus on the perspective from quilombola women;
- To inspire young people to connect to their roots and honor the memory of their leaders, who dedicated their lives to defending the culture and quilombola rights.

Fé na Diversidade project
Theme pillar: Rights from traditional black communities and overcoming racism
Goal: To qualify 100 leaders of different marginalized groups from the metropolitan region of São Paulo and Salvador, aiming at identifying common agendas and forming alliances between different communities of faith (African and Christian, among others), from peripherical populations, mainly Black and with different gender identities, who will work as multiplier agents, capable of replicating processes of continued popular qualification and who can build networks and advocacy strategies in public agendas.

Action:
Development of communication materials that encompass the diversity of the groups served, produced with participation of people directly benefitting from it, qualification and public advocacy actions. Meetings to mobilize groups, qualification workshops, and conversation circles.
Project Prevenção na Ocupação!
Theme pillar: Gender, sexual and reproductive rights
Goal: To foster discussion, information and prevention about HIV/AIDS and STIs in central occupations in São Paulo. To take qualified, updated and reliable information and promote a debate about HIV/AIDS and other STIs in Ocupação Conselheiro Nébias, which, from its connection with the movement for inhabitation FLM, can be a multiplier and mobilizer player for other occupations.

Action:
Conduction of qualification workshops, visits to care spaces, cultural actions and production of communication materials and educational campaigns. Mobilization of people from Ocupação Conselheiro Nébias and other occupations. Articulation with public players and other OSCs and movements.
Project Quilombolas Agentes de Ação pelo Clima
Theme pillar: Rights from traditional black communities and overcoming racism
Goal: Agenda of climate advocacy by quilombola communities. Quilombola communities have not had their due recognition from governments, civil society and society in general for their role in environmental preservation and mitigation of climate changes. This project aims at working in the qualification of quilombola leaders already working on the intersection between their rights and the environmental and climate issue within the context of movements for COP-30. The proposal is to encourage quilombola advocacy in spaces of discussion and negotiation of climate change plans.

Action:
Qualifications and exchanges about climate change and adaptation. Production of materials through mapping and analysis of relevant documents, facilitation of processes for developing informational and publicity materials. Strategic mobilizations through systematizing information as inputs for advocacy actions, in addition to participation in movements for the People’s Summit and others within the context of COP-30.
